We've upgraded Homesnap Pro to bring you improved consumer collaboration tools, including better ways to collaborate with consumers with saved searches, feedback options and activity reports.
At this time, there will be no interruption to your Homesnap Pro+ or Homesnap Pro+ Concierge products.
For now, Listings Ads will function as is, but we are developing a plan to bring Listing Ads users a better experience on the Homes Pro side.
All account connection history has been migrated to Homes Pro and will be available to an agent once they log in.
While most of your data from your Homesnap Pro Profile has already been moved over, you should check out your Agent Profile to make sure everything looks good and is updated.
From here, you can:
- Update your headshot and bio.
- Showcase your awards, designations and accomplishments.
- Share videos and social media profile to deepen your connections.
Most MLSs have adopted Homes Pro for their agents. However, we do understand that there may be instances where the MLS has not adopted Homes Pro. If you’d like to claim your profile on Homes Pro, you can do so here: homes.com/agents
